What We Offer

• Funding for the purchase and repairs of single family residential investment property.  We do not make consumer loans or owner occupied loans.
• We fund up to 95% of the purchase price and fix up costs.
• We fund up to 70% of the after repaired value (ARV) in central Ohio.

Approved Single Family Project Attributes

• 3 or more bedrooms.
• 1.5 or more bathrooms.
• Garage (two car attached is preferred).
• Basement (unless location in a subdivision where no homes have basements, such as some southern climates).
• Minimum of 1,000 square feet.
• Public water and sewer service (no well and septic).
• After Repair Value must be between 65% and 150% of the Median Sale Price for the greater metropolitan area (exceptions can be made on a case by case basis).
